Viktor Tymchyshyn

Viktor Tymchyshyn is a graduate of the Kyiv National Trade and Economic University (KNTEU). He has more than 30 years of experience in the field of HoReCa!

Participates in the development and review of educational programs on technology and service at KNTEU! Victor is a member of the Support Team Bocuse D’or Ukraine! Victor took part in the launch and development of menus in such well-known establishments as Black Market Alaska Guramma Asia & Italia Crab Market Marokana Device and others! Has international and national culinary awards.

Judge in international and national cooking competitions.

Actively promotes innovative restaurant technologies and national cuisine! But no matter where life takes him, cooking remains the business of life! Victor loves his job very much, so he is constantly learning something new and shares his experience at culinary forums and summits!

In those distant times, during the collapse of the Soviet Union, there was a great shortage of almost everything! Back then, households “boiled jeans”, distilled vodka, baked bread and made candies and “Dutch” cheese with soda, sprats, condensed milk and more! Victor tells!

But Viktor was not lost and decided to join this process as well and started experimenting with cooking very simple and tasty products and dishes! He liked it so much that he decided to devote his professional life to cooking.

In everyday life, I like simple fresh and quality products! I love simple dishes, but always with a twist! 

I love potato and mushroom dishes! I especially like the first spring mushrooms - wrinkles. By the way, I really like to collect them! I am also fond of dairy products, especially cheese, and adore colostrum (a delicacy).

Like his colleagues, Viktor strives for Ukrainian cuisine and Ukrainian products to take a worthy place on the world stage. “The world knows how strong and free- spirited we are, and such a people can only have cool and delicious cuisine!” said Viktor.
